Specialist Training and Educational Service

The CBC Academy is a specialised academic service helping to create institutions of Education and Learning across the Commonwealth.

The CBC Academy’s programmes are CUSTOMISED to the needs of the countries and organisations they work with and TAILORED to meet the challenges of wealth creation and public sector organisations.

The programmes are vocational and practical and focus on improving organisational performance and developing leadership particularly in the area of defining and IMPLEMENTING business strategies. The faculty’s 20 years of running leadership- programmes in 65 organisations world-wide suggests that, while new ideas and knowledge are important, the critical problems in organisational life are to do with the lack of competence and commitment in EXECUTING these ideas.

The faculty of the CBC Academy have all had front-line management experience of running complex organisations, of teaching in institutions throughout the world and in delivering major change programmes.
