am delighted to send you the new and Improved CBC eNewsletter. It has been
redesigned to be easier to use and to tell you more about the CBC's
activities. In
visiting East Africa last week I had the opportunity to meet with both HE
President Museveni of Uganda and HE President Kagame of Rwanda and held
useful discussions with both regarding various CBC projects in the Region. This
month also sees the release of our 10 year Strategy Document, which will
offer an insight into CBC's plans over the coming years, To

CBC hosted a Member's Lunch for The Hon Andrew Mitchell MP, Shadow
Secretary of State for International Development, who addressed the crowd
consisting of CBC Members, Business Leaders and Commonwealth High
